Role Summary

Manages a team of pricing leaders which provides professional guidance and expertise to key business partners. Manager of pricing and/or sales variance processes, overall pricing strategy, pricing systems and personnel management.

What You Will Do:

• Manages and supervises pricing leaders that support price activities including price generation, process improvements and pricing operations and strategy.
• Consults with senior leaders on key pricing metrics including sales variance forecast, profit impact and proposed pricing actions.
• Manages pricing procedures and compliance while ensuring timely response to market business partners and market conditions.
• Oversees the end-to-end operation and administration of the competitive pricing system and strategies.

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.

Relocation is available for this position.
