Position Summary
Lead IMC strategy and implementation of the entire portfolio Z Series and A Series. Driving demand generation for the brand, leading end-to-end marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role shapes and executes marketing strategies, leading integrated marketing campaigns, content initiatives, digital activations, and media planning to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Leaders and the Category Management team to develop a Marketing Plan, including short- and long-term marketing strategies and launch plans to maximize brand pull.
- Develop a brand strategy and ensure alignment with the global business plan.
- Lead IMC plans that align with business and communication objectives while driving market share growth and building brand. Support cross-functional teams and ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, including pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities.
- Analyze consumer trends, data, and categories to identify potential product categories for future growth.
- Conduct analysis of brand performance, competition, customer insights, and consumer behavior to enhance brand equity and market performance
- Manage and communicate key messages with stakeholders to ensure alignment across all communication channels and materials.
- Manage the marketing budget for the assigned product category to ensure cost optimization.
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple high-visibility tasks and deadlines.
- Oversee and coordinate external agencies and vendors.
- Manage and coach the team under supervision.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing communication and 5 years’ supervisory experience from FMCGs companies is preferable
- Knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRM is a plus
- Willing to travel upcountry & aboard
- Requires excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills
- Enjoy and able to effectively work under tight deadlines, multi-tasking and manage projects independently
- Resourcefulness in solving problems & well executed deliverables in support
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, customer service minded
- Strong organizational, technical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
