You will work onsite at Conagra Brands located in Imlay City, Michigan, home of Vlasic brand pickles, peppers and relish. You will work in team environment. You will be assigned for day shift hours, 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. You will provide customer service for incoming shipments. You will work with Produce Receiving Team Leaders, Produce Receiving Clerks and Production Planning Team Lead. You will work outdoors in the receiving Drop Lot. You will be provided inclement weather gear.

During peak seasonal demand, April through November you will routinely work M-Sa, with occasional need for Sunday.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned.

·       Maintain & Distribute Incoming Produce Shipments on the Drop lot sheet twice a shift or more as needed.

·       Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment schedules for all departments

·       Retrieve warehouse schedule

·       Check in trailers, verify pickup/reference numbers. Trailer/container numbers and verify Driver’s License and any inspections required.

·       Assign drivers where to drop and pick up trailers

·       Verify seal number when driver picks up load and sign bills for outbound finished goods loads.

·       Give instruction on moving tandems.

·       Complete special projects, duties and assignments, as appropriate.

EDUCATION:

·       High School Diploma

EXPERIENCE:

·       2-4 years of analyst experience

·       Ability to work independently and on a compressed time schedule

·       Demonstrated critical thinking/problem solving skills required.

·       Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Power Point, and Word

·       Communication Skills Verbal and Written

·       Ability to Multi-task

·       Customer Service Oriented

·       Ability to Prioritize work load

·       Leadership/Management Skills

·       Physical Ability to walk the lot

·       Experience working with a diverse group of people.
