Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage operational and logistical tasks under the direction of Operations leaders.
  • Support scheduling interviews for Full time or contractor roles
  • Manage any necessary communication between Archer and agency, as necessary for the business  
  • Assist with financial tasks such as PO creation and invoicing and expense reports management
  • Assist in streamlining workflows and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency across the team.
  • Follows all federal, state, and local business laws and regulations and company policies.
  • Meet scheduled timelines and, in some cases, aggressive project milestone deadlines to support team operations
  • Coordinate with outside vendors, service providers, & Archers facilities team to make sure all facilities needs are met and functioning
  • Create process documentation and SOPs for the Manufacturing Operations, as directed by management 
  • Delivering status reports to department heads and management 

What You Need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of related Manufacturing or Operations Coordinator experience preferred
  • Experience working in a product development or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • A collaborative attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to communicate and build cross-functional relationships
  • Work with all levels of personnel and effectively interact with executives to technicians
  • Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Google suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment with adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Working Hours: Ability to work a flexible schedule

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $55,000 - $68,000.  Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
