Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to initiate and manage agent relationships within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching annual and quarterly benchmarks for new agent contracts and production, while maintaining a high level of communication and collaboration with other departments to resolve agent issues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage agent relationships within the assigned territory.

  • Reach annual and quarterly benchmarks for new agent contracts and production.

  • Establish methods and procedures to achieve specific goals and objectives.

  • Prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet individual and team goals.

  • Maintain current status on all sales leads as received.

  • Collaborate with other Ritter/Integrity departments to resolve agent problems.

Primary Skills & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing is preferred, but not required.

  • Intermediate understanding of the insurance industry and the agent/carrier relationship.

  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
