GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   

 

This early‑career Business Enablement Analyst role is designed for motivated recent college graduates who are eager to learn the business and grow into a long-term career path. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience through a fast ramp‑up period, learning all areas of Operations to perform your responsibilities effectively. From there, you’ll have opportunities to explore future career paths through targeted development, job shadowing, and intentional exposure to accelerate your path toward a future role in process improvement or other areas aligned with your interests.”

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Operational Collaboration and Support (40%)

  • Partners with operations teams to understand business needs, identify challenges, skills or knowledge gaps, and implement practical, effective solutions.
  • Attends and assists with training sessions or workshops to integrate new processes and systems seamlessly.
  • Provides ongoing support to ensure operational teams are well-equipped for success.
  • Supports readiness planning, adoption strategies, and performance support tools.

Process Improvement (40%)

  • Gathers and analyzes workflows and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to document processes, resolve inefficiencies, and align goals.
  • Presents actionable insights to assist with strategic decision-making and operational enhancements.
  • Contributes to project teams early in the lifecycle to assess enablement impacts and opportunities.
  • Collaborates on defining and tracking KPIs to measure process performance and improvement outcomes

 

Enablement (20%)

  • Supports change management and adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows
  • Helps develop tailored training programs (digital, live, and blended), ensuring alignment with operational objectives, process improvement, and system rollouts.
  • Collaborates with Enablement team members to craft engaging, user-friendly guides, manuals, and digital resources for diverse learning styles.
  • Continuously adapts instructional methods based on feedback and evolving team needs.
  • Translate business requirements into effective training strategies and materials.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, or related field of study; and/or two to five (2-5) years of experience in business analysis, workforce enablement, or process improvement. Experience working cross-functionally with project teams, business analysts, and stakeholders.

Familiarity with process improvement principles and knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is not required but recommended.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATIONS:

 

None required for this position.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:   

 

  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on translating data into practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset for cross-functional teamwork.
  • Solid understanding of business operations in financial services (e.g. transactions, compliance, back-office processes).
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Works with all departments of the company and needs to consistently display a courteous and professional attitude as they represent the department.
  • Mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with employees, customers, and other outside third parties.
  • Proficient in the use of MicroSoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
  • Ability to successfully handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must have an understanding of adult learning methodology
  • Self-directed work habits, applied with creativity, resourcefulness, and a sense of personal responsibility.
  • Excellent follow-up, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Proactive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
