Engineering Execution Engineers provide common processes and governance for engineers across all Raytheon programs.  These activities include creating standard documentation, program support and processes improvement to improve efficiency, sustainability, reduce cost, and maximize profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Curate, develop and analyze large sets of data.

  • Perform research and develop recommendations.

  • Develop and Deploy Engineering Command Media to include RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM).

  • Develop Tool Strategies across vendors and capabilities.

  • Support improvement projects using Project Management Skills, tracking cost, schedule and solution quality.

  • Develop process improvement strategies, plans and tactics.

  • Become an expert in Engineering Tools, Process, and Governance.

  • Provide Support across Engineering Execution.

Qualification You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to work multiple tasks and priorities and to complete simultaneous assignments with high quality and timely products.

  • Experience improving processes.

  • Experience as a data analyst.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience in Engineering Hardware/Software/Systems development or production

  • High business acumen.

  • Office Products Expert, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

  • Understanding of emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence

  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and applications.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
