Position Summary:  

KSM’s national healthcare consulting practice works directly with hospitals, health systems, medical practices, and other healthcare participants. KSM’s practice is expanding and searching for an entry level healthcare consultant who will help define analytic approaches and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Ability to analyze complex data with quantitative and qualitative analyses 

  • Provide support to team members with creation and edit on contracts, power point presentations, word agreements, etc. 

  • Ability to quickly learn healthcare concepts and trends 

  • Flexibility to work on a variety of projects in KSM’s suite of consulting services 

  • Work in a team environment  

 

Requirements/Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree required 

  • A focus in accounting or healthcare administration is a plus  

  • Proficient  in Excel, Word and PowerPoint or other data analytical tools  

  • Comfortable working on multiple work streams 

  • Problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills 

  • Critical thinking skills; ability to help develop solutions that address client needs 

  • Strong communication skills both with internal team and external with clients 

  • Limited travel expectations
