We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes while meeting deadlines and budget objectives. The role involves coordinating and tracking various marketing programs, including email, event, social media, and content marketing initiatives. This individual will support the marketing team by overseeing logistics for events, managing media plans, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns.

A key requirement for this role is traffic experience, ideally gained in an advertising agency or similar environment. This includes managing the flow of tasks, coordinating with different teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion, and improving processes. The ideal candidate will also have experience with paid media planning, strong project management skills, and a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and time management abilities are essential, as well as a strong grasp of various marketing platforms and channels.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing

  • Create and manage purchase orders on behalf of the marketing team.

  • Track and support execution of media plans in collaboration with Executive Director Brand Marketing.

  • Independently coordinate marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

  • Build project management plans, track progress and report metrics of marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs and requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills

  • Fantastic time management skills with the ability to multi-task.

  • All other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification.  Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail

  • Traffic experience from an advertising agency or equivalent

  • Paid media planning experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills

  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing

  • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports

  • Experience in job discipline

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • PMP certification preferred
