A leader in high-tech computerized diagnostic and treatment methods, the Weill Cornell Medicine Brain and Spine team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital treats the full spectrum of neurological disease — from brain tumors, spine tumors; stroke, aneurysms and cerebrovascular disorders and epilepsy to Parkinson's disease, MS, and other movement disorders

As a Neurosurgery PA at NYP Queens Hospital, you will manage all aspects of care for patients on the neurosurgical team, including floor management of complex inpatients, responding to neurosurgical emergencies including trauma and stroke, and first assisting in the OR.

This position is a Full-Time opportunity working at NYP Queens Hospital and supporting Queens Medical Group Neurosurgery Practices.

Preferred Criteria:

• Neurosurgical experience preferred
• Bilingual

Required Criteria:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies
• Current NYS licensure
• NCCPA certification
• DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) registration number
• ACLS/BLS

Salary Range:

$147,000-$173,149/Annual
