Lead Pharmacy Technician – Specialty and Retail Pharmacy

Bring your inpatient pharmacy experience to our organization and help provide each patient with the highest possible level of personalized care. Lead our team of certified pharmacy technicians as they assist our licensed pharmacists in carefully preparing medications and high-quality care for patients with complex and chronic diseases. Advocate for patient safety as part of an empowered team by adhering to stringent standards. Assist with the training of students, interns, and new technicians.  Pursue this extraordinary opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience utilizing pharmacy inventory automation systems.
• Prior experience as a Supervisory/Lead Pharmacy Technician in a hospital environment 

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma/GED
• Completion of a formalized Pharmacy Technician training program or equivalent prior on-the-job experience. 
• NYS Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a hospital or retail environment
