What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is a looking for a Consultant who wants to learn new skills, apply creative, critical thinking, and help our clients at a large federal health agency to solve a variety of operational challenges. From defining, measuring, analyzing, and improving business processes to guiding true change with the client, you will experience firsthand the full lifecycle of process improvement and implementation. What You Will Need:

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• The ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively solve problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to produce client-ready deliverables
• Ability to effectively communicate processes and recommendations through multiple modern mediums
• Comfort publicly speaking (in-person and digitally)
• Actively participates in client-facing discussions and meetings and cultivates trust and business relationships with a broad group of client SMEs
• Able to proactively identify risks
• Ability to work independently but with oversight from management

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• One or more of the following certifications:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
  • Prosci
  • Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Scrum Master
  • Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt
  • Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM)
• Experience utilizing data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) to produce dashboards and data-driven tools
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and tools
• Experiences with Federal business development and the ability to perform research on key accounts to effectively qualify and scope new business opportunities
