As an App Monetization Senior Executive, you will in charge of boosting app revenue through strategic In-App Advertising (IAA) and In-App Purchase (IAP) optimization, using data-driven analysis and A/B testing across diverse markets. You will provide expert guidance to app publishers, maximizing their monetization potential through tailored strategies and performance reporting.

What You Will Do

1. In-app Ads (IAA) Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze IAA monetization performance for app publishers (our clients) across various markets (ex: VN,
    KR, TW, etc).
  • Improve IAA revenue for app publishers by:
    • Reviewing publisher ad monetization accounts (e.g., AdMob, GAM, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay) and providing optimization recommendations.
    • Enhancing mediation ad network performance through data analysis, waterfall price adjustments, and A/B testing.
    • Advising on ad logic, frequency capping, and new ad placements/formats to optimize user experience and revenue.
  • Prepare performance review reports and presentations to update publishers and suggest new strategies.

2. In-app Purchase (IAP) Optimization:

  • Track and evaluate IAP performance across multiple markets(ex: VN, KR, TW, etc).
  • Boost IAP revenue for app publishers by:
    • Reviewing publisher IAP data and developing tailored monetization strategies.
    • Conducting A/B tests on IAP pricing and package offerings.
    • Advising on IAP package design and recommending new pricing models.
  • Provide performance reports and insights to publishers, along with actionable recommendations.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience in game industry roles such as game operations, game monetization, or working in a product-driven environment (e.g., publishing houses or game studios).
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of IAA and IAP.
  • Detail-oriented, well organized with a good sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication
  • An open mind with a strong willingness to learn
  • Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven
  • Independent, passionate, self-motivated and quick learner
  • Having a clear career vision is a big plus
  • The ability to communicate in other languages (Japanese, Chinese) is highly desirable (Nice to Have)
  • Where to hunt from Game studio, App publishing house, Ad networks (Applovin, Unity, ironSource, etc)
