L2 Support is responsible for managing ATM software releases, configurations and tickets for Citibank ATMs globally. This role will interface with various Citi Technology, Operations and Business teams globally while simultaneously directing vendors and other various support teams on statuses of ATMs, providing end-to-end ticket oversight and ultimately the final resolution to all issues. ATM Release Management provide coverage for individual shifts and provide 24/7 on call support for all escalations as needed. Responsibilities.
* Responsible for ATM configuration management of ATM devices in the ATM Monitoring applications
* First point of escalations for L1 team on ATM monitoring procedural issues/outages.
* Provide guidance and instructions to L1 team members as needed and is the primary escalation contact for customer concerns during their shift.
* Scheduling and software deployments for multiple countries
* Monitoring and remediation of ATM software failures
* Tracking and auditing software versions on Citi ATM network
* Manage the repository of all individual ATM characteristics to ensure network connectivity and uptime to the end users.
* Manage all ATM certificates and Active directory related issues for the ATMs.
* Effectively communicate issues and status updates with Technology, Operations and Business teams.
* Utilizing multiple monitoring tools and ticketing systems for addressing issues
* Perform remediation of incidents and problems using canned monitoring tool functions and procedures.
* Work with various Service Providers and Business partners on multiple ATM projects.
* Support training and onboarding of new team members as needed.
* Ability to triage and lead multiple processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Review and update ATM SC procedures in the Share Point as needed.
* Support daily tasks and projects as needed.
* Report and follow-up on aging and reoccurring problems.
* Assist with various technological installs, upgrades, integrations and UAT tests.

$69,050.00 - $96,350.00
