As a Senior Operations Specialist you are going to be joining our team, to manage Bolt's e-bikes'/e-scooters daily operations.
It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing micro-mobility sector and Europe's transportation unicorn.

<title>Your daily adventures will include:</title>

• <point>Coordinating Bolt’s e-scooters/e-bikes operations in Liverpool.</point>
• <point>Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run e-bike/e-scooters operations</point>
• <point>Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that e-bikes'/e-scooters are deployed to high-demand areas</point>
• <point>Manage the e-bikes/e-scooter fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders</point>
• <point>Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges</point>
