• <point>Lead and develop the team: Hire, coach, and set clear goals for Category Managers while strengthening supplier relationships through regular market engagement and travel.</point>

• <point>5+ years of experience in Category Management, Purchasing, or Commercial roles within Retail, Q-Commerce, FMCG, or fast-paced environments.</point>
• <point>Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across international markets.</point>
• <point>Advanced analytical and financial acumen, with strong Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.</point>
• <point>Proven ability to manage complex projects, implement processes, and operate effectively under pressure in a scaling environment.</point>
• <point>Fluent in English (additional local language is a plus) and willing to travel internationally up to 30%.</point>
