Amazon EMEA Sales Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon EMEA Sales Leader to own and accelerate our Amazon business across EMEA region for all categories (PS, Print, Peripherals).

This role is responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end Amazon strategy - spanning revenue growth, profitability and retail fundamentals. While positioning HP to win in an increasingly competitive and AI-driven commerce landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage senior relationships with Amazon EU Senior Vendor Managers and Category Leaders.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and annual negotiations at Pan-EU level.
  • Deliver Amazon EMEA sales targets.
  • Ensure strong execution across Amazon Sales programs at Pan-EU level.
  • Influence Amazon's internal stakeholders to drive visibility and growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Amazon sales team across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders including but not limited to category, supply chain, local sales, customer ops, finance, and marketing teams.
  • Act as the central voice of Amazon within HP.


Experience Recommended

  • 8-12+ years in eCommerce, Amazon, or digital retail management/leadership roles.
  • Strong track record of delivering profitable high-growth
  • Deep understanding of Amazon and e-commerce/marketplaces
  • Experience managing multi market complexity
