Join our Health and Public Service (H&PS) Industry Practice within Industry & Enterprise, where we help Ireland's public sector clients on their change transformation journeys and do work that matters for the citizens of Ireland! Role & client responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs, and evidence review. 

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and process flows. 

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend practical solution options aligned to business priorities and system constraints. 

• Support solution design with architects, developers, testers, product owners, and business SMEs. 

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily delivery discussions, reviews, retrospectives, and release readiness activities. 

• Maintain traceability from requirements through design, build, test, deployment, and adoption. 

• Support change management, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities. 

You Are

You’re a driven, high performer, looking to work in a dynamic environment where you can continue to learn and grow. You’ll be supported by extraordinary colleagues, who you’ll work collaboratively with to tackle some of our client’s biggest challenges. You have an interest or previous experience in change management, preferably in delivering sophisticated ICT Change Programmes.

You are both analytical and creative and can communicate complex ideas elegantly and in a way that resonates with our clients. You’re also a master co-ordinator and problem-solver who can steer the delivery of multi-stakeholder change initiatives to get things done.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and experience

• Relevant undergraduate/master’s degree in a business, engineering, technical or economic field;
• 5–7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, Techno-Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or comparable technology delivery roles. 
• Experience working with business, product, architecture, design, development, testing, and operations teams. 
• Experience in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models across technology-enabled transformation programmes. 
• Sector experience may include Health or Public Service, or other complex service environments. 
• Client-facing consulting experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving
• A proven track record to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops using design thinking methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Focus on continuous development and interest in the latest industry and technology trends;
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and maintain a value-driven approach;
• Experience working independently and in diverse teams including leading teams;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across a wide variety of projects and roles to deliver for our clients;
