About the Role

Responsible for conducting quality control tests to ensure that software meets specified standards and end user requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review testing case and testing scripts through consistent application of principles of testing
• Execute testing and submit defect to meet deadline with quality
• Provide daily report and escalate issues to meet deadline with quality
• Assist to design test cases according to test requirements
• Assist team leader for test management – monitor progress, consolidate questions / issues and clarify with user / BA and other activity to make sure project goes smoothly.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree in IT related disciplines
• 4-6 years experiences in testing including design testing case, prepare testing environment and test data in functional testing projects
• 2+ years experiences in web system testing
• 2+ years experiences in Oracle or SQL Server
• 1+ year experiences in test management
• Able to communicate with different parties indpendently
• Experience in life insurance or banking
• Good understanding of testing process and methodology
• Master the test management and defect tool, able to monitor test progress and come up with mitigation plan when delay.
• Fluent English Reading, Writing
