Gallus Account Specialist

What we are looking for:

The Gallus Account Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships. The role involves orchestrating a comprehensive approach to customers. By staying attuned to market developments and the evolving needs of customers, the Account Specialist will identify business opportunities and ensure customer success.

What you will do:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to proactively identify new opportunities for account growth and sales.
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Continuously assess customers’ situations and business needs, identifying new business opportunities that align with customer goals.
  • Customer Success: Ensure the success of customers by providing solutions tailored to their needs, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to align on customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on account performance, forecasts, and market trends, ensuring transparent communication with management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or customer relationship management, ideally within the printing industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and business development opportunities.
  • Technical background in digital, flexographic, and hybrid printing for labels beneficial.  Ability to translate technical and production requirements into business requirements.
  • Understanding of business requirements to run equipment as a label converter beneficial.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Gallus product lines or related equipment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A background in business development or sales forecasting.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Customer service experience 4-7 years
  • Strong knowledge of computers (Windows and Mac OS) and networking
  • Must be available to travel as required

  • Position is open from Kennesaw, Ga to the West Coast
