Position Summary

As Analyst for Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM), the individual will be an integral member of the team tasked with ensuring compliance with ETPRM requirements throughout the CVS Health Enterprise. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering business relationships and communication with business relationship owners and key stakeholders to ensure processes are executed effectively to manage Third Party risks and adherence to ETPRM program requirements.
  • Serve as an advocate for the ETPRM program and influence operational risk management practices across the organization.
  • Assist with enhancing current ETPRM intake activities related to inherent risk assessments, providing both support and challenge to requestors, ensuring an accurate representation of third-party service activities that can be relied upon by program partners.
  • Provide support to business teams engaged in the process, across the lifecycle, serving as a go-to contact for all program related items.
  • Contribute to the definition of program-wide process flows, data model, and technology requirements.
  • Support the ETPRM team in building relationships and influencing others across various departments and lines of business.
  • Work independently and with others to recognize and resolve issues.
  • Work with confidential and sensitive matters with a high degree of integrity and discretion on all levels.
  • Effectively and efficiently respond to time-sensitive requests from all levels and departments within the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ month of professional work experience or an internship
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within Retail and/or Healthcare industries specifically related to enterprise risk management, finance, compliance, or audit functions.
  • Knowledge of risk management governance standards and commitments applicable to CVS Health and its various business segments.
  • Change Management, program/project management, and application e.g. Six Sigma, Lean Process.
  • Experience using Archer, Ariba, ServiceNow
  • Strong ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization. 
  • Ability to prioritize appropriately, and multi-task on high priority and high impact projects


Education

Associate/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
