Scope:

• We are seeking an experienced Cleo Harmony Administrator with strong expertise in Cleo Harmony and VLProxy to manage and support secure file transfer operations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SFTP and AS2 protocols, ensuring reliable and secure B2B integrations. This role requires hands-on technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication to support enterprise-level data exchange environments.

• Environment: Cleo Harmony, VLProxy

• Secure file transfer protocols: SFTP, AS2

What you’ll do:

• Install, configure, and maintain Cleo Harmony, and VLProxy environments.

• Manage and support secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, AS2) for B2B integrations.

• Monitor and troubleshooting file transfer workflows, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with security and data exchange standards.

• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Implement automation and optimization for file transfer processes using Cleo tools.

• Provide advisory support for upgrades, patches, and best practices in Cleo environments.

What we are looking for:

• 3 –10 years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years in Cleo Harmony administration or any other MFT tool.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Cleo Harmony and VLProxy.

• Proven experience in managing SFTP and AS2 protocols for secure data exchange.

• Experience with infrastructure components like Windows, Linux, basic networking,

• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in Cleo environments.

• Knowledge of B2B integration workflows and security compliance standards.

• Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g., Shell, PowerShell).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.
