SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 2 years of any BPO experience or BPO operations experience • Good communication skills • Analytical and is a critical thinker • Familiar with Excel, i.e., knows the basic formulas and at the same time, trainable • With audit experience - preferred
