The Tenant Underwriting Processor is responsible for reviewing and validating an applicant’s submission of information to become a tenant. Processes the applications in an efficient, secure, and confidential manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and approve tenant lease applications, ensuring they align with our company’s standards and best practices.
  • Manages daily workload assignments in order to meet productivity and quality standards of delivering processed leases.
  • Communicates to the leasing team regarding any issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
  • Experience in loan underwriting, banking, credit, or clerical/administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including Excel.
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and spoken.
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, and achieving results.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $21.09 to $25.30 Hourly. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.

Additional Compensation

This position is eligible to receive monthly bonus payments.
