We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across our Global Supply Chain portfolio in APAC. This role calls for someone who understands the industry, knows the talent markets, and can attract exceptional people into a complex, global business.

Working primarily with leaders across Singapore, Johor Bahru, Australia and North America, you’ll turn business priorities into hiring strategies and bring market insight, a consultative approach, and strong execution in engaging hard-to-reach talent.

This role will suit someone who combines credibility with pace: a talent partner who has hired in industrial, manufacturing, engineering or supply chain environments, knows how to influence senior stakeholders, and is energised by building teams that power transformation.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Resmed’s Global Supply Chain portfolio and adjacent business areas as needed.
  • Partner closely with Leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps and future talent needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-calibre talent.
  • Use market insight, competitor mapping, and hiring data to shape recruiting strategies and support decision-making.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience for both active and passive talent.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and contribute to talent attraction and employer brand initiatives.
  • Partner effectively across the broader People team, including People Business Partners, Talent Management and other COEs, to align hiring with workforce priorities and deliver a connected people experience

What you’ll bring:

  • A strong track record hiring for supply chain and leadership roles within mid-sized to large international organisations.
  • Deep understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly Singapore and Johor Bahru, with the credibility and networks to engage quality talent.
  • Strength in proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and managing complex or business-critical searches.
  • Confidence working in a matrixed, fast-moving environment and influencing stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Commercial acumen, sound judgment, and the agility to balance strategic partnership with hands-on delivery.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a passion for delivering great outcomes.
