We are looking for Contractual role

Bachelors in engineering with 5 years of experience in planning & implementing technical solution for designing, executing and commissioning of the IBMS services & Security systems.  as a Project lead Engineer, creating & executing project work plans and maximizing operational results and profits.  Comprehensive knowledge of Integrated BMS system, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Public address & CCTV system.  Proven skills in supervising, testing & commissioning of systems, billing and handing over to end user within the project timeline.

Coordination with other services for better execution, handling site meetings with client, subcontractors and updating reports.

• Management of cash flow with planning of revenue, UBR liquidation, billing and collection,

• Preparation and approval of Project Management Instructions for additional/ extra material as per design changed / site requirement.

• Monitoring routine inspection for installed services.

• Evaluating Teammates and motivating them for creating safety environment. Safeguarding safety stability for the laborers, motivating the site laborers, and creating healthy working environment. Motivating team for “Zero Harm” policy.

• Motivating teammates to follow “Quality” standard.

• Working on fast placed and inter-disciplinary units to meet project deadlines
