Program Manager IV—Transformation Access

This program manager will leverage their ability to organize programs around access performance to lead cross-functional teams in projects and continuous improvement efforts targeting patient and caregiver experience, schedule fill rates, and scheduling accuracy.
A caregiver in this position works days, 8:00am—5:00pm.
Must live in the Cleveland, Ohio or Stuart or Weston, Florida areas.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Six years of related experience.
OR Master’s degree and five years of experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s degree.
Healthcare setting experience.
