Summary: As an Integration Engineer, you will provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. You will understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Your role will involve driving discussions and consulting on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs, and ensuring that technology and business solutions represent business requirements. You will be based in Bengaluru and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Design and develop integrations between Workday and other systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements. - Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Workday integrations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Strong understanding of Workday integration architecture and design principles. - Experience in developing and implementing Workday Studio integrations. - Knowledge of Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Cloud Connect integrations. - Experience with Workday Web Services and XSLT transformations. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based in Bengaluru. - An Experienced Workday Integration Consultant adept at designing and implementing seamless integrations to optimize HR and business processes is required.
