1. Technical Leadership & Development Standards

• Python Framework Design: Architect and define the Python code framework for Alibaba Function Compute. You will create the "skeleton" code, error handling modules, and utility libraries that the rest of the development team will use.
• Team Leadership: Lead the daily activities of the development team, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

2. Data Engineering & SQL Optimization

• SQL Analysis & Migration: Analyze complex existing SQL queries from the source system. Optimize and refactor this logic to work efficiently within the Alibaba Cloud ecosystem.
• Data Service Creation: Design and implement Data Services (likely via Alibaba Cloud DMS or DataWorks), exposing database logic as secure APIs for downstream applications.

3. Global Collaboration & Delivery

• Requirement Clarification: Communicate directly with global internal teams and client stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Testing Support: Collaborate with the Accenture global team to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting defects and ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication: Use English to present technical progress, risks, and solutions to international stakeholders.

Requirements

• Core Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Cloud Experience: Strong experience with Alibaba Cloud Function Compute (or AWS Lambda) and API Gateway.
• Data Expertise: Experience working with Alibaba Cloud DMS (Data Management Service), specifically in creating Data Services or managing database logic.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading a development team, performing code reviews, and setting technical direction.
• Communication: Fluent/Business-level English is required for daily communication with global teams.
