ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: 

The Warehouse Associate is a critical role at our Fulfillment Center, responsible for supporting daily operations to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, playing a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Success in this role is defined by meeting productivity targets, maintaining a safe and clean workspace, and contributing to a positive team culture.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: 

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for accurate and on-time shipment

  • Receive, sort, and stock inbound inventory efficiently to maintain optimal warehouse operations.

  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks, meeting all productivity goals.

  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment at all times; clean as you go.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly operational goals.

  • Identify and resolve basic operational challenges to keep workflows on track.

  • Load and unload packages, handle materials, and spend most of the shift actively on your feet in the warehouse.

  • Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

WHAT YOU HAVE: 

  • Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions for the duration of your shift.

  • Strong focus on accuracy to ensure orders are processed correctly.

  • A collaborative attitude and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

  • Punctuality and a strong work ethic to meet the demands of the role.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.

  • Commitment to following safety guidelines and ensuring a safe workplace for all team members.
