The Johnson & Johnson Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) team is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for a Senior Program Delivery Manager position to lead the ISRM Program Delivery Management Chapter in support of the ISRM Portfolio, and to drive the delivery of products and/or services in partnership with Product and Service Owners. In this role, you will need strong experience in agile software delivery in a product-centric environment and will be responsible for program managing the modernization of the ISRM landscape. The location preference is Raritan, NJ however, remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful achievement of strategic objectives within budget and timelines with a focus on ISRM and security processes. You will be the first point of escalation for all issues, accountable for program financials, resources, and program vendor management.
Johnson & Johnson is looking for a self-starter, highly comfortable in facilitating cross-stakeholder teams to meet commitments and deliver high-quality products with new features, using the agile methodology. The right candidate for this role is someone who has a strong mix of agile program, project, and product management experience as well as a strong software/product development background, including a product analysis background. You will be responsible for identifying change impacts and risks, communicating those changes and risks with leadership, and capturing measurements showing process adoption and effectiveness.
Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities
Drive product delivery and interdependencies across the ISRM portfolio. Lead multiple programs/projects simultaneously, tracking progress, managing dependencies across capabilities, and ensuring successful delivery of assigned programs as per their objectives, escalating concerns to senior leadership as need. Resolve resource constraints and manage risks and issues
Lead the ISRM Program Delivery Team (Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Analysts), providing quality delivery resources to Product and Service Owners. Motivate the Chapter Team to drive innovation, use of AI, and stay updated with the latest technology in support of the ISRM vision. Identify skill gaps and needs within the Chapter while improving maturity of the team.
Manage contractor resources and ensure product initiatives are being managed successfully. Ensure deliverables are on track and reporting tools are being updated and utilized effectively
Managing resource intake request for new contractors, including working with vendors to find resources, interviewing candidates through selection and onboarding resources
Manage demand intake process, tracking new requests, ensuring they are reviewed for go/no-go approval decisions.
Other Duties
Ensure all Objectives and Key Results are entered into product management suite of tools, managed monthly in partnership with the Product and Service Owners, with red/yellow RAG indicators raised to leadership for risk mitigation planning.
Solicit regular feedback from Product/Service Owners on the quality of the services provided by the Chapter Team to ensure high quality support and resources.
Continually drive maturity improvements to the Delivery Chapter with automations and process optimizations.
Manage multiple new and critical unplanned initiatives and issues that may arise throughout the year.
