This is a role within Chamberlain Group’s Sales Operations function. This role will analyze, communicate insights, and provide recommendations for channel initiatives across partner segments, product mix, and programs to accelerate achievement of revenue and connectivity goals. Will also conduct pricing analysis and define pricing policies for different channel segments. Requires 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions and a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive business strategy by analyzing, communicating insights, and providing recommendations to senior and executive leadership for channel initiatives across partner segments, product mix, and programs to accelerate achievement of revenue and connectivity goals

  • Define pricing policies for different channel segments and conduct predictive, statistical, and financial pricing performance analyses such as analyzing the product portfolio and defining special price master policies across BUs.

  • Capture business requirements and partner with Channel and IT to design and maintain internal and external business dashboards and reporting

  • Lead defining and documenting modeling requirements of complex intelligence problems and work with cross-functional stakeholders to bring insights

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering)

  • 5+ years’ work experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions

  • Experience designing or consulting on business strategy and pricing.

  • Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Ability to interpret and articulate insightful conclusions and effectively communicate to stakeholders

  • Ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic models and analysis tools

  • Ability to take initiative, thrive in an unstructured role, and iterate with continuous improvements

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to travel as needed for Sales meeting or client visits

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Python, R or similar

  • Salesforce.com knowledge

  • Exposure to SQL or similar

The pay range for this position is $97,700.00 - $157,475.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
