YOUR MISSION:
Provide contract administration support for contract management processes on a specific project or account.
Work with delivery and client counterparts to assist with day-to-day service delivery.
Drive process efficiency to current tasks and seek innovative ways to improve performance of the team.
Identify and solve commercial and contract risks and issues and assist with reporting them.
Provide support for pre-award sales activities, support business with drafting contract schedules.
Assist with drafting and reviewing contractual documents (Statements of Work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, etc.).
Support in negotiations (document preparation and consolidation, administration of the relevant tools).
WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1-2 years of post-graduation work experience in a professional capacity.
Basic understanding of contract life cycle.
Fluent English (B2+) and German (B2+) language skills.
Understanding general commercial contracting principles and regulations, subcontracting practices.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Team player, collaborative; able to work well with executives and non-executives.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Master's degree.
