What you will do

• Process Orders secured by the sales team

• Monitor emails for requisitions that are rejected or placed on hold

• Resolves requisitions that are placed on hold

How you will do it

• Act as a liaison between sellers and CAST/CARE team to make sure customer issues are being resolved

• Attend backlog meetings with sales managers and installation team managers / coordinators

• Interact with customers to secure contracts and agreements

• Create cases in Salesforce for legal review

• Report to local sales manager and domain program leader

• Support data requests to fix things such as SLA’s, hourly rates, and affiliation codes

• Update call lists and alarm codes and validate completion when done

• Help with customer service requests such as scheduling webinar trainings or enrolling in new sites

• Collaborate with another domain to help a customer navigate to the right contact

What we look for

Required

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be detailed oriented and organized.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Oracle based software & general PC knowledge.

• Must have the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interface with all levels of management.

• Ability to prioritize work volumes with limited supervision.

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
