Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive intern to optimize our document generation workflows and automation tools. This role involves refining AI outputs against standardized technical documents, exploring new workflow architectures, and building scripts to streamline the transition from raw AI data to polished, professional deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering & Output Validation: * Develop, test, and validate prompt outputs to ensure alignment with existing Technical Documents.

  • Ensure all generated content meets the rigorous standards defined in our Technical Documents.

• Workflow Optimization: * Investigate and implement a workflow for processing Technical Specification Changes .

  • Conduct a comparative analysis of different workflow structures (e.g., evaluating a function-based approach versus the current section-based model).

• Scripting & Automation: * Develop and maintain Python and/or VBA scripts to automate repetitive steps in the production pipeline.

• Drafting Tool Feasibility Study: * Analyze the feasibility of integrating automated draft document creation directly into our toolset.

  • Develop methods for generating MS Word documents that maintain verbatim text and original formatting.

  • Incorporate automated highlighting features to streamline the manual review process.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python (required); experience with VBA is a significant plus.

• AI Implementation: Interest in prompt engineering and the practical application of LLMs in a corporate environment.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to map out complex workflows and identify bottlenecks.

• Precision: High attention to detail, specifically regarding document formatting and verbatim data integrity.
