Job Summary
As an Assembler III on the 403 Shift, you will be responsible for the complex assembly of products, subassemblies, and components, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform complex and intricate assembly operations according to blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
* Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
* Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to ensure product meets all quality standards and specifications.
* Identify and report any discrepancies, defects, or issues with materials or assembled products to appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
* Train and mentor less experienced assemblers as needed.
* Accurately complete all required documentation, including production logs and quality records.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
* May operate basic production equipment and machinery.
