Job Description

Mosaic is Comcast’s AI Strategy & Transformation team, focused on applying AI with purpose to sharpen our competitive edge. As part of Mosaic, the Senior Analyst, AI Strategic Transformation will support high-priority initiatives that drive the integration of AI into critical business functions, collaborating with both business and technology teams.

In this role, you will support the execution of AI initiatives and help shape our company’s larger AI strategy. You will engage cross-functionally and co-develop business cases, define and track KPIs, and use your expertise to drive prioritization. You will leverage deep familiarity with AI (machine learning and GenAI) to structure your work and shape our team’s approach to initiative prioritization, tooling, and implementation. You will also have exceptional research capabilities, the ability to drive defined projects independently, and a deep curiosity regarding the latest innovations in AI.

The Senior Analyst, AI Strategic Transformation demonstrates exceptional research and analysis capabilities, familiarity with AI for the enterprise and consumer, strong capabilities in quantitative analysis, and exceptional written and oral communication skills. This role requires someone who likes to think big but is also detail oriented. You will be expected to work independently, learn constantly, partner effectively, and build strong relationships across our businesses.

Core Responsibilities

• Support high-visibility AI transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact and strengthen Comcast’s competitive advantage.
• Develop deep understanding of Comcast’s businesses to help identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
• Build and maintain benchmarking of AI capabilities across industries to inform Comcast’s AI strategy.
• Build compelling business cases and AI roadmaps that align stakeholders on objectives, KPIs, and scalable implementation strategies.
• Contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Conduct market and technology research to provide forward-looking insights that inform Comcast’s enterprise AI strategy.
• Serve as a visible advocate for responsible and purposeful AI adoption, shaping organizational readiness and cultural transformation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Technology- or Business-related field preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, product, or project management, preferably with direct exposure to AI or emerging technologies
• Proven experience working cross-functionally, capable of adapting to different working styles and organizational cultures
• Demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and generate executive-ready insights
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including data visualization
• Strong business acumen and business case development skills
• A natural curiosity for AI, constantly exploring new tools, platforms, and ideas
• Collaborative teammate comfortable working across functions and building strong relationships
