Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a valuable member of our highly skilled technology and agile team, focused on supporting and developing cutting-edge solutions to meet our business requirements.

 

Your responsibilities will include leading and actively participating in the design, development, and delivery of our software projects.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ability to design code that is clean, maintainable, reliable, and efficient.  
• Experience applying practices to ensure quality, such as unit testing and integration testing. 
• Experience using tools such as code analyzers, sanitizers, and profilers. 
• Previous experience working as part of a multi-cultural, distributed team. 
• Music/Video/Audio domain knowledge or previous experience developing applications in the media industry would be an added advantage.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

• Good proficiency in C/C++, including familiarity with common libraries and frameworks. 
• Detailed grasp of the C++ build tool chain on Windows/Linux.  
• Experience in one or more scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, Python  etc. 
• Experience with cross platform build and automation tools such as CMake is must. Conan will be an added advantage. 
• Familiarity with Git tools and workflows. 
• Exceptional ability to diagnose issues with various tools in an automated continuous integration environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal English.
