The role leads the efforts in conjunction with the National Accounts team and through the field execution of the Project Support Reps to drive the full-service experience of strategic accounts to achieve sales goals, while proactively anticipating trends in the customer growth and satisfaction. The Senior Manager Project Support will focus on leading a group of Project Support Reps. Collaboration with business partners, such as National Account Managers, Sales leadership (Divisional Sales Mangers and Regional Sales Managers), Operations leadership (branches), Field Sales (Outside Sales Reps), Credit, Marketing, and Purchasing/Merchandising is critical to the success of the Senior Manager Project Support.
This role is accountable for ensuring execution of strategic plans relative to Project Support to help facilitate the Organization's initiative to achieve customer growth, through maintaining and expanding relationships for their assigned team of Project Support Reps. Leveraging this framework, this role works with key stakeholders to identify solutions to support customer growth and satisfaction.
The Senior Manager Project Support accomplishes these responsibilities through the effective management and development of an assigned team of Project Support Reps. This team executes across multiple cross functional work teams to deliver the strategic and functional initiatives on time and meet expected financial and operation benefits defined by the strategy.
