Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

The Associate Community Program Specialist will coordinate Marketing events, onboard and support accepted UpNext program applicants and facilitate member activities, and support the eComm and Software teams by merchandising new simulator courses and running & marketing regular in-software leagues.

A bias for action plus strong ability to prioritize, facilitate, and communicate will ensure that this individual increases the value of event activations & partnerships, the UpNext Program, simulator-based engagement with courses and leagues, and will grow the brand perception of Foresight Sports.

This position reports to the Senior Marketing Coordinator and is based in our San Diego headquarters, working in-office at least 3 days per week.

As the Associate Community Program Specialist, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Organize UpNext program applications and ensure appropriate processing of member documentation and ensure that UpNext members complete required program activities per contract
  • Activate partnerships & events with various Brand, Sales, and UpNext partners. This includes liaising with multiple internal functions such as Sales, Operations, and the Install teams.
  • Represent the Marketing team at Course Replication update and planning sessions, following up with communication about progress and enacting plans to merchandise and promote new courses in a timely manner
  • Create, monitor, run, and market monthly leagues within the Foresight Sports software ecosystem, regularly updating on status and participation, with the goal of developing new formats that spur additional participation and engagement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for UpNext members and partners, communicating via email, phone, and social media
  • Participate in ideation of program content comprised of but not limited to video, still photography & digital imagery, copy, and audio
  • Track program status and activities, while proactively communicating needs and progress across the organization
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, proof, and distribute materials to educate potential customers about our products

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bias for action; proactive mindset to take ideas and run with them
  • Event activation experience
  • Confidence presenting to large groups virtually and in person
  • In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort within rapidly changing landscape and priorities
  • Previous customer service/support experience

You might have:

  • Capabilities within Adobe or other creative suites
  • Content production and social media management experience
  • Gaming, hardware, software experience

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $69,300.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
