The End User Services Operations Manager at VG is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing VGLNG’s entire End User Services operation. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our End User Services team. In this role, you will be accountable for the overall direction, strategy, and operational excellence of all end-user computing services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation, a deep understanding of end-user technologies, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • End-User Support: Oversee the delivery of high-quality IT support services, including help desk, desktop support, and field services.
  • Service Desk Management: Manage the IT service desk, ensuring efficient ticket resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Desktop Support: Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Software Management: Manage the deployment, licensing, and maintenance of software applications.
  • IT Asset Management: Manage the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software.
  • User Provisioning: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • IT Security Awareness: Promote IT security awareness and best practices among end-users.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of IT support professionals.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve IT service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • 5 or more years of experience in IT support and management roles.
  • Strong technical expertise in Windows, macOS, Office 365, mobile device management.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Experience solving business problems with technology solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
