This position will be based at the Valeo - La Vergne Warehouse
What You Will Do
Prepare customer shipments for the next day while respecting stock FIFO (first in, first out)
Receive shipments by logging them into the computer system
Ensure the physical shipment numbers and the virtual shipment numbers match
Handle all administrative management (delivery note entries/driver reception, computer entry, customer portal, etc.)
Load trucks, using a fork lift, while respecting safety standards
Establish and edit the documents necessary for shipping
Record stock movements in the application dedicated to stock management.
Complete end of chain audits
What You Should Have
A high school diploma / GED is required
Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required
Experience in a Shipping and Receiving Department is strongly preferred
Experience using SAP is preferred but not required
Experience operating a fork lift is strongly preferred
