Job Summary

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our financial and operational reporting capabilities. This position involves developing and maintaining reports within the OneStream platform, ensuring accurate data integration from multiple sources. The Senior Analyst will also provide essential training and support to team members, fostering a deeper understanding of our reporting tools. Additionally, this role will focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline our reporting environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, experience with OneStream and data preparation tools like Data360, Microsoft Power BI, or Alteryx, and proficiency in VBA or Python. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and significantly improve our internal reporting processes on a continuously growing team.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced financial and operational reports within the OneStream platform to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration of data from various sources into the OneStream environment, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and implement training programs and materials to educate team members and stakeholders on new reporting tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Support change management initiatives by assisting in the transition to new reporting systems, ensuring team members and stakeholders are well-informed and equipped to adapt to new processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the OneStream reporting environment to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Work closely with the Financial Applications team and other business units to understand reporting requirements and implement solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:

  • Advanced knowledge in complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis using Excel (Required)
  • Experience with OneStream, including report development, data integration, and other functionalities such as workflow management and financial consolidation (Strongly Preferred)
  • Data preparation and analysis experience with Data360, Microsoft Power BI, or Alteryx (Preferred)
  • Experience with VBA and Python for automation and data manipulation (Preferred)
  • Use of Essbase for building and maintaining multidimensional databases (Plus)
  • Use of Incorta for real-time data processing and analysis (Plus)
