F&C ACADEMY COORDINATOR

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented F&C Academy Coordinator to support the smooth operation of our Finance & Control (F&C) Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing, coordinating and working with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Coordinate the scope and activities of the F&C Academy

• Organize Academy courses, including sourcing tutors, booking rooms and equipment and arranging assessments

• Oversee the ACCA policies and provide support to ACCA students

• Support the robotics process related to manual journal entries

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

• Degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field (current students are also encouraged to apply)

• Previous administrative experience in an international setting will be considered as an advantage

• Fluency in English (written and oral) to communicate with colleagues in Europe

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills

• Analytical mindset with solid problem solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
