 Business Strategy & Operations Intern

ROLE SUMMARY

The AI Acceleration (AIA) organization is established within the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) organization to design, build, and deliver prioritized AI capabilities. The function operates as a business-centric AI delivery organization focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes.

As a Business Strategy & Operations intern, you will support the design, coordination, and execution of AIA’s strategic operating model, business processes, and organizational communications. This role requires strong analytical thinking, structured communication, and the ability to operate in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

You will work closely with AIA leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes, codify methodologies, develop communications, support program governance, and contribute to the team’s strategic initiatives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Problem Solving & Insight

  • Support the development and codification of AIA methodologies, processes, and operating model cadences

  • Perform quantitative analysis to support value tracking, capacity planning, and strategic prioritization

  • Assist in preparing data-backed insights and summaries for AIA leadership

 

Written Communications & Organizational Enablement

  • Develop outlines, leadership messaging, and content for stakeholder engagements and AIA collateral

  • Synthesize detailed plans, project inputs, and strategic narratives for internal communication

  • Support information sharing across AIA (approved artifacts, thought leadership, Teams/SharePoint content)

 

Project & Operating Model Support

  • Create and maintain project planning documents (workplans, calendars, trackers)

  • Support SharePoint organization and access control for key AIA repositories

  • Assist in preparing agendas, capturing notes, and driving action-item follow-ups for team meetings

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, analytics, operations, or related field) or pursuing degree

  • 0–2 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or PMO-like functions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize information into clear takeaways

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience with dashboards, data products, or analytics-oriented work

  • Familiarity with modern productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Basic understanding of statistics or business analytics concepts
