Summary:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of corporate facilities at our Siloam Springs, AR office, ensuring all building, grounds, and housekeeping operations run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations & Oversight:

• Plan, direct, and review activities related to building construction, groundskeeping, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate staff and/or vendors to ensure safe, high-performance facilities.
• Support operations teams by maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Space & Occupancy Planning:

• Assist with the development and updates of master facility occupancy plans.
• Prepare and maintain space plans to accommodate new facility needs or relocation of personnel/functions.
• Specify and recommend furniture and interior product purchases.

Maintenance & Equipment Management:

• Maintain detailed records of preventive maintenance, inspections, and service for HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, fire alarms, safety systems, and all facility-related equipment.
• Ensure timely upkeep of grounds, including mowing, trimming, and flower bed maintenance.
• Oversee snow and ice removal from parking lots and sidewalks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make repairs on basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC (prior to calling in a 3rd party vendor)

Vendor & Budget Coordination:

• Assist in the supplier bidding process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and standards.
• Help manage budgets, contracts, purchasing, and finance-related tasks for facilities, maintenance, and operations services.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in facilities management with a management technical emphasis.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, third-party service provider environments, or similar settings. Experience managing multiple vendors and capital projects is preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Confident in presenting information to various stakeholders.

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.

Appropriate clothing and footwear are provided by the Company. No jewelry may be worn on the jobsite except for medical ID jewelry.
