The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce.
The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver.

Roles and Responsibilities: JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university, or equivalent level of education
• Experience: 12-16 years of professional experience, with demonstrated understanding of global HR operations and THRO workstreams
• Domain Knowledge: Domain conversant in Total Human Resources Operations with practical exposure to door-to-floor training and knowledge management processes (not requiring deep technical expertise)
• Team Management: Prior experience managing teams directly and indirectly; proven ability to lead and influence diverse groups
• People & Performance: Hands-on or working exposure to people and performance strategies to standardize and optimize global operations
• Development Programs: Experience working on collaborative programs focused on persona development and domain specialization across THRO workstreams, collaborating with Talent Management, HR, and Global Strategy teams
• Client Skills: Strong client-facing capabilities; ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build relationships
• Influencing & Leadership: Ability to direct, guide, and influence internal teams and external stakeholders without direct reporting relationships; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications (Preferred): Basic certifications in Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or other relevant THRO workstreams (e.g., aPHR, CIPD, Cornerstone, or equivalent foundational HR operations certification)
Key Highlights:
• Strategic Role: Oversees THRO operations (TA, Payroll, Comp & Ben, EDM) with focus on learning portals and academies
• Domain Conversant: Basic understanding of THRO workstreams required (not deep expertise)
• Leadership Focus: People & performance strategies, persona competency mapping across TA/Pre-payroll/Comp-Ben/EDM
• Key Additions: Door-to-floor training exposure, collaborative persona programs with Talent Mgmt./HR/Global Strategy
• Preferred: Global Payroll, Talent Acquisition, or THRO workstream certifications
• Core Skills: Client-facing, influencing internal teams, stakeholder management
