Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also participate in discussions to refine project objectives and contribute to the overall success of the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies related to application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Enterprise Architecture Strategy, Architectural Design, Application Architecture Implementation & Test. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration of various software applications and systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture Framework. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
