Help us get ahead of disease together with our Regional Medical Affairs Internship with our Emerging Markets team, Singapore, 2025:

Education required: Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Medical/Pharmaceutical/ Science & Life Sciences/Business disciplines with a focus in oncology

Other requirements: Must be enrolled in Singapore university for the duration of your programme

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship Period: July to December 2025

What will you do?

  • You will be accountable for impact by managing few real time projects in Medical Affairs around evidence generation and publications around GSK Respiratory assets

  • Project scope:

    • Working on supporting a publication end-to-end (article review)

    • Working on supporting regional medical leads for specific therapy areas

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional or EM LOC stakeholders to gain insights on the medical affairs activities across EM.

  • You will lead few scientific engagements with external HCPs for GSK Respiratory assets in EM.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong interest or past experience in Medical Writing, Literature Review, Research, Project Planning & Management

  • Self-learning driven by strong curiosity and learning agility to gain therapy understanding, in-depth and cross-sectional insights into the GSK EM Medical Affairs function.

  • Has the drive and confidence to trust his/her own judgment in different situations.

  • Appetite to work with adaptability to change and working under tight timelines.

  • Ability to prioritize conflicting work requirements in changing environments.

  • Has excellent communication skills to build working relationships and influence stakeholders in matrix environment.

What will you learn?

  • You will co-author a peer reviewed publication in a journal

  • You will gain experience in the ways of working of Medical Affairs function within GSK via project management and work across cross functional teams.

  • You will become a better team player, by working closely with various Medical Affairs stakeholders in the EM region and LOCs.

  • You will understand the need and become adaptable to change in an evolving internal and external environment.

  • You will enhance your communication skills to solve problems in day-to-day activities in Medical Affairs.

  • You will be able to prioritize and manage your projects efficiently.
