You New Role
Manage business relationships with assigned clients to maximize revenue growth for WBD’s comprehensive portfolio. The commercial executive must identify business opportunities, negotiate agreements with assigned clients from the linear portfolio, and design plans to enhance the adoption and use of the premium and streaming product, as well as the AFA portfolio in Argentina.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare commercial proposals and contracts, coordinating with legal and financial teams as necessary.
- Implement commercial initiatives to drive growth in the sales channels of assigned operators, leveraging management to foster an increase in clients and the adoption of premium and streaming products.
- Maintain detailed tracking of key commercial performance KPIs, such as net ads, sales, churn, effectiveness, among others, to evaluate the performance of implemented initiatives and adjust actions that contribute to the growth of the premium and streaming business, both for MAX and AFA.
- Adequately monitor the evolution of clients in the basic distribution business, continuously monitoring their reports, contract status, and performance in the portfolio.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, resolving issues and responding to inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Implement proper administrative control to ensure compliance with required processes to secure commercial inputs for accurate billing and client collection.
- Periodically monitor the commercial offerings of key market players, identifying competitor updates and detecting growth opportunities for the premium and streaming portfolio.
Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Training in technological or digital media areas is a plus.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in sales or related fields, preferably in the telecommunications, entertainment, or streaming products sector.
- Proficiency in the use of office tools, with special skills in PowerPoint and advanced Excel (essential).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to prioritize efficiently.
- Desirable deep knowledge of streaming products, market trends, and competition.
